Important Notices

• Booth Coordination: Detailed booth operation requirements will be finalized through mutual consultation 1–2 months prior to the congress after payment completion.
• Coordination Scope: Includes booth location (floor plan based), electrical capacity, furniture rental, setup/teardown logistics, and operational details.
• Booth Priority: Booth locations are assigned based on payment order. Early payment is strongly recommended to secure preferred placement.
• Application Validity: Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. The depositor name must match the participating company.
• Additional Requirements: Extra equipment or custom booth structures require separate application and additional fees during coordination.
• Organizer Rights: The organizer reserves the right to adjust booth layout to optimize traffic flow and event structure.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email).
• No Refund: All booth participation fees are non-refundable after payment.
• Installation Rules: Booth structures exceeding permitted size or height may be restricted.
• Promotion Restrictions: Excessive noise, activities outside booth boundaries, and aisle obstruction are prohibited.
• Safety Compliance: All exhibitors must comply with Bangkok fire and safety regulations. Hazardous materials or open flames require prior approval.
