Advance Registration: Participants are strongly encouraged to complete online registration in advance, as seating is limited and registrations may close once capacity is reached.
Registration Confirmation: Your registration will be confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and verified by the organizing committee.
Payment Verification: Payment verification is typically completed within 1–2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is approved.
Registration Deadline: Online registration will remain open until available seats are filled or the official registration deadline, whichever comes first.
On-site Registration: On-site registration may be available at the venue depending on seat availability. The organizing committee cannot guarantee on-site admission.
Official Language: The official language of Tokyo Derma 2026 is English. All scientific sessions and presentations will be conducted in English unless otherwise announced.
Program Changes: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify speakers, schedules, session topics, venue arrangements, or other program details without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund: Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless Tokyo Derma 2026 is officially canceled by the organizing committee or a refund is otherwise approved by the organizer.
PayPal Processing Fees: Please note that PayPal does not refund the original transaction processing fees. If a refund is approved due to a participant's change of mind or personal reasons, the applicable PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Travel & Visa: Participants are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, accommodation, and any other travel documents required to enter Japan.
Photography & Recording: Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for educational, promotional, and archival purposes. Participation in the event implies consent to such use.

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, schedule, session topics, or event format without prior notice if necessary.

8. Photography & Media Consent

By attending Tokyo Derma 2026, you consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event for educational, promotional, archival, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

9. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for obtaining any required passports, visas, insurance, and travel documents necessary to attend the event.

10. Limitation of Liability

The organizing committee shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, travel disruption, accommodation issues, visa denial, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the applicable laws governing the operation of Tokyo Derma 2026. Any disputes arising from participation in the event shall be resolved through the appropriate legal procedures.
