Within WAAS, all renowned influencers and professionals are categorized into distinguished membership tiers,
reflecting the breadth of expertise across global anti-aging and aesthetic medicine.
Each classification represents a defined level of academic achievement, clinical authority, and contribution to the advancement of the WAAS mission.
1. Medical Doctor — “Dr.”
Members bearing the Dr. title are licensed and board-certified medical specialists who have completed formal medical education and residency training.
They represent the scientific and clinical foundation of WAAS, contributing to research, education, and the development of advanced aesthetic, surgical, and regenerative treatments.
Their role upholds the highest standards of medical ethics, patient safety, and clinical excellence within the organization.
2. Doctor of Philosophy — “Dph.”
Members with the Dph. designation hold a Ph.D. or equivalent academic doctorate, granted through official recognition by the WAAS Academic Board.
They are scholars and researchers whose work aligns with the academic and philosophical vision of WAAS, advancing the mission of the organization through innovation, evidence-based research, scientific publication, and global academic collaboration.
3. Distinguished Practitioner — “Dp.”
The Dp. title represents Distinguished Practitioners, highly skilled injectors and aesthetic professionals active within recognized healthcare and clinical environments.
They are acknowledged for excellence in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine, demonstrating advanced procedural expertise and strong alignment with the philosophy and standards of WAAS.
This membership is exclusive and granted by invitation only to individuals whose clinical performance, professional integrity, and contribution to the field reflect the true spirit of the organization.
4. Doctor of Orofacial Aesthetics — “Dofa.”
The Doctor of Orofacial Aesthetics designation, abbreviated as Dofa., is granted to licensed dentists and qualified odontologists practicing in the field of orofacial aesthetics.
This classification recognizes their participation within WAAS while maintaining clear professional distinction from medical doctors.
Members under this designation operate strictly within their legally recognized scope and may engage in WAAS educational and collaborative activities.
